Child's stay with a close friend?

I have for children, and just got told that I need to go visit my aunt 3 hours away (by plane) because she is getting sick. My kids can%26#039;t come so we arranged for them to stay with other people. My flight leaves tomorrow morning and I will be there for 3 days. I litteraly just found out I need to leave 10 minutes ago. I need to back my kids bags (right now they are sleeping). What do I need to remember besides the obvious clothes, shoes, etc. I mean as far as paperwork goes.

Child%26#039;s stay with a close friend?
A list of their allergies, a copy of your insurance, copies of their birth certificate, a living will if you have one, and (VERY important) your authorization for them to receive medical treatment within reason in case of an injury.
Reply:You should complete a Consent for Medical Care form to leave with the adult in charge of your children.

Here is a link to a page that has a PDF consent form:

Good Luck!
Reply:Write out a paper for the person watching them that they can seek emergency medical attention for your kids and there insurance cards for them.
Reply:um... i didn%26#039;t think you had to leave any paper work?..

maybe a list of what they eat don%26#039;t eat.. allergies........

I%26#039;m not sure!!!.. but yeah then i guess medical cards, i will i guess.....that%26#039;s kind of scary if you need to leave that!

Hmmmmm
Reply:I%26#039;d say your will, doctors numbers, allergy information, medication information, numbers and names of family close by, and your flight information. Good luck.
Reply:You need to give them at least one copy of your living will with someone you can trust, also the kids docs names and their insurance cards
Reply:Well, besides the oblivious as you said, I would say paperwork wise all their alergies, Insurance numbers, And any emergency numbers. Thats all I can think of, but I hope it helped! :)
